Projectors, screens, and presentation laptops will be provided. Bringing your own laptop is allowed. Presenters will be asked to submit their presentations ahead of the conference for inclusion in the conference material.  Be sure to indicate any special presentation needs, such as hard wired Internet access, when submitting your presentation proposal.
